isn't this where under Live Service UC a person's UC claim was still 'live' for 6 months following a period of nil UC entitlement due to earnings, and where DWP would then automatically reinstate UC if the persons earnings reduced. Under Full Service, this six month period no longer exsits. Is that what they are getting at by saying 'Universdal Credit is changing….'.
