Hi,
If a person does not receive UC as an income due to their earnings being too high (not because of deductions etc) then we do our own assessment of income/savings and write out for details /evidence. The same as we would if someone came off a PB. We do not leave UC on the claim as they are not receiving this as an income.
If this changes and the customer has a reduction in their earnings and starts to receive UC again (because UC monitor it for 6 months) then we treat this as another change in income and put UC back on with the breakdown.
