The Live Service for existing UC claimants, mostly single people, would have to continue in those JCP postcode areas which are scheduled to roll out UC Full Service later in 2018 after 1st Januuary 2018.

Where a Live Service UC claimant lives in a now rolled out Full Service JCP postcode area, they get a Call To Action letter within three months advising them that they need to convert to Full Service online and attend a JCP interview. They have to provide proof of ID. If they fail to comply their UC is suspended and ultimately will be cancelled. We would get a UC termination via the Hub for these with the Reason – Transfer non compliance.
