Yes but all these plans have been pushed back so many times…..the abandonment of UC for temp accommodation from April 2018 for instance throws a real spanner. DWP need to get everything sorted before managed migration for this to make sense. No point saying to LA’s that they will take working age cases unless they take they all….I would treat all the published dates with a pinch of salt as they say.
