Reply To: Where next for UC??

Given that the 3+ child families are to remain with HB until at least Feb 2019 it suggests that managed migration must be some way away.

I suggest of course that its a political risk as well with thousands of 'in work' claimants pushed into the idiocy of UC conditionality, there must be a temptation to just let HB wither on the vine.

While we know in our area anyway how many HB claims we have, do we have any idea of the number of Tax Credit claims by LA/Jobcentre area?  There must be many who are not on HB/CTS.

Annual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure nineteen nineteen and six, result happiness. Annual income twenty pounds, annual expenditure twenty pounds ought and six, result misery. The blossom is blighted, the leaf is withered, the god of day goes down upon the dreary scene, and—and in short you are for ever floored.
