The response from Northgate was "Thanks for raising this the script was tested on a couple of customer sites and the issue below did not come to light. I would be grateful if you could raise a support call so that this may be investigated further."
Think we may just have to bite the bullet and put in in with no checking as there is no way we can check 600+ cases.
The case that really made me laugh was the one where they'd never had any dependants on the claim only children of non deps and since 2010 the customer had lived alone!
