Reply To: WURTI and NHS payslips


We've found a big drawback with Wurti meaning there could be very large overpayments. No salary sacrifices are shown in Wurti. The gross pay is the amount after the salary sacrifice. This is fine in most cases as salary sacrifices are completely disregarded. The problem is where the SS is for childcare. We would reduce the childcare expense figure by the salary sacrifice if we saw the SS on the payslip. However we no longer see the payslip so we don't know the claiamnt is paying for some or all of their childcare through childcare vouchers, so we would be effectively disregrarding the expense twice.
