One of the cases I has was a salary sacrifice case, we had the payslips to show the take home pay and the salary sacrifice for a NHS vechile but even taking this into acount the difference between the net RTI/WURTI figure and the take home pay was around £700 per month. I now have another case. This claimant is a Heath Care Assistant for example the pay for one month on payslips is £1117.00 with only tax, ni and pension deduction so take home pay is £884.61. The RTI shows that his pay for the same month is gross £2410.016 and net £1811.01
