    Hi,

I have claim on which the rent was registered as £162.25 per week as per proof received from the landlord.

We have received a rent increase from the landlord and this advises that the rent up to and including 31st March 2024 should be £156.40 per week.

The claim has been amended; would you record this as a change of circumstances or class this as a revision / correction of the previous decision.

    Thank you,

    Colin

if you were given the figure of £162.25 at the time and this was verified, then I’d say its a change in circs – there was nothing wrong with your decision origianlly so its not a correction.
something has changed since you made that assessment – but you arent correcting an error made by the LA when originally assessing the claim
