    Hi All, we are considering using e-notifications for our benefit decision notices to save time/money.

    Has anyone used this and found that they have had issues with appeals resulting from this?

    Our current paper notifications have the appeal rights on the back and then if sent as enotications would no longer have this so we are wondering if we would still be compliant if pointing customers to our website to view appeal rights?
