    More to the point though, there is a Capital Limit of £16000 on all means tested benefits apart from Tax Credits so how are they going to

    1. Save for a deposit, and
    2. Put money aside for essential maintenance (says he who has just had the gas fitter round and is getting a new boiler this autumn), and
    33. There are all the costs associated with ‘Decarbonisation’ that have yet to be addressed
