Just a quick question regarding Management Checks on Searchlight.
We have officers complete the LASST 1 whenever they get a Management Check.
If the officer enters into an incorrect record (like when someone gives the wrong NINO on their application) and they get Management Checked we also ask them to complete a LASST4.
For as long as I worked in benefits if I get denied access to a record, such as it being nationally sensitive, I also completed a LASST 4 in this instance. A colleague is now saying if officer’s are denied access to a record only a LASST 1 is needed and not a LASST 4.
Just wanted to check what everyone else did in this scenario.
