    Hi guys
    had a request for 2ar form on 1/09/2006. form returned 14/09/2006 and benefit letter to second adult was dated 23/08/2006 awarding income support from 4/07/2006.
    what date do we use to award 2ar. the spd was ended 4/07/2006 but cannot find out where our billing got the info to end the spd as no notes on about 2 nd adult moving in till 1/9/06 and that just said wanted the 2 ar form.

    04/09/06, Monday after intention to claim. Start dates are dependant on claimant’s actions; just because it’s a 2ar case doesn’t alter this.
