2000 uprating circular

    Lots of us long term benefits people measure our experience by the number of calendars or uprating circulars you have tucked away, so hopefully someone can help me.

    Has anyone out there got the uprating circular that took effect from 1st April 2000.

    I’ve got the 1999 and the 2001 but not the 2000. We need to know the percentage uprate for some of the benefits so although I have the amounts, I don’t have the exact percentage. We can work it out, but I’d still like to know the exact figure.

    I have the needs allowances from 24/11/83 onwards….

    Can anyone go earlier ?
