Hi, we have a current 2AR case but we have just been told the non-dep has been in hospital for the last 12 months and is likely to stay for another 6 months. Can we continue to pay? CIS shows he is still gettinng ESA IR.

i thought after 52 weeks the non deps were no longer treated as part of the household – so your clmt should get his spd back and 2AR can be cancelled
