I have to amend the guidance notes on the op sheet that the assessors have to fill in.

I am being really cheeky here, but wondered if anyone had managed to sum up what they are going to do with overpayments from April?

I have read the circular – and discussed with the appeals officer.

I have also read the posts on hbinfo regarding this – but am sorry to say am still a bit confused. I have just read Para 14 again – and maybe I left my brain at home but I still don’t quite get it.

Any responses comments would be gratefully received – but please be gentle with me.

Hi Caroline,

I’m doing some overpayments training next week and revamping the Overpaymetns Training package. So I’m in the process of summarising the new op regs and implications for Benefits staff.
