I have to amend the guidance notes on the op sheet that the assessors have to fill in.
I am being really cheeky here, but wondered if anyone had managed to sum up what they are going to do with overpayments from April?
I have read the circular – and discussed with the appeals officer.
I have also read the posts on hbinfo regarding this – but am sorry to say am still a bit confused. I have just read Para 14 again – and maybe I left my brain at home but I still don’t quite get it.
Any responses comments would be gratefully received – but please be gentle with me.
