Polish national passed 12 months qual period ages ago, ceased work Nov 09. Paid ESAC from Dec 09 still getting flat rate of ESAC of £65.45 no further component granted?
We are happy he is classed as any other EEA but he was signed off with depression and continues to be signed off with the same thing today.
He lived with his parents from 2007 through to 2010 when he has moved out to a private rented property which he has now put a claim for hb/ ctb in.
Looking into info on here… are his intentions to return to work? He will clearly say yes when he feels better?
We are thinking pay him on grounds he is classed as any other EEA and will have an intention to return to work?
