    Clmt has been in the Uk since 2003 with leave to remain for 12 months as a self employed buisness person under the provisions of the EC Assosiation Agreement. He has taken employment in Nov 05 and is no longer self employed from that date. We have asked for his worker registration certificate but he has stated that he is not required to register due to his previous status of leave to remain as a self employed person.

    I cannot find anything that says that he is not required to register due to this. Is this correct?
