Can somebody please advise as to the correct procedure as I am unable to find the answer.

We recently submitted an appeal to TAS but the decision went in the clmts favour, we have requested a statement of reasons from the chairman as we do not agree with the decision. Do we have to amend the claim as per the direction whilst waiting for the statement or are we able to hold off on amending the claim until the statement of reasons is received??

When we have come across such cases we have always held off from applying the tribunal’s decision – after all, the appeals process is still ongoing – whether it is us who have sought to take things further or the appellant.

I would advise the claimant of your actions though, stressing that you are seeking leave to appeal the tribunal’s decision.
