    Hia

I have been asked to write a appeals policy/procedure for the local authority (not the claimant).

Does anyone have one of these I could have to save re-inventing the wheel??

    Thanks

Can I be cheeky and ask if you’ll send me a copy. I have also been tasked with writing a policy.

    Hi,

please could I have a copy too. We are also having a discussion over the time allowed for further information to be provided. one month or 14 days.

Please let me have your thoughts.

    Thanks

If you are writing for further information in order to rectify a not duly made appeal or to obtain grounds for a late appeal then the time period is 14 days.

If you’re just writing for further information to help with re-considering your decision as part of the appeal process, then the time limit is a month.
