Appeals – Where do I start?

    Following a benefit service restructure, my current role has been deleted but I have been able to apply for a new role which is quite similar!

    The new role however would mean that I was responsible for appeals alone and so I wonder if anyone has any training notes, advice or publications that I could read up on before my interview on Wednesday!

    I have a cursary awareness but if anyone has anything more detailed, I would be most grateful.

    Have a read of the tribunals service guidance. I can’t see guidance for LAs, but the appellant guidance is quite good:
