Apportionment of rent

    Hi. Can anyone point me to any Commisioner’s decisions regarding how rent levels should / can be apportioned. I seem to remember that there is one where the a joint tenant was apportioned the entire rent. I could be wrong but any help would be gratefully appreciated.
