    Stepping out of my comfort zone here.

    Does anyone know if there has been any change to the situation regarding S/M residence for Service Personnel serving in Iraq / Afghanistan?

    I’ve found a Council Tax Implementation letter (01/2003) which said that S/M residence is as normal but found nothing else.
