    Hi is anyone as worried as me about the live date for ATLAS 2 and the year-end release testing that would have to be done by 23.1.12!

    I’ve emailed DWP but no reponse as yet

    Totally concerned. That combined with additional work for under 35’s, its going to be a real rush job. Especially because we dont have the release notes for 6.5 yet either.

    I have heard the early adopters still have some problems and I know from the WEBEX training there are still some things that need resolving.

    Agreed. The new ATLAS user guide is on the Northgate customer portal (just the 125 pages). The powerpoint slides are there as well. These may help a bit with your planning. They can be found under Revenues and Benefits > Documentation > User Guides > Benefits.

    125 pages, 18 in and brain hurting already!Has anyone been able to steal any working procedures from the early adopters who might be on Northgate. Thats me on my knees begging. :bigsmile:

    Page 3 of the Awareness pack (released by DWP on 12th December has a list of the early adopters. Does anyone have any contacts at these council’s? That’s me on my knees begging as well
