If you are from one of the lucky 22 early adopter LAs for ATLAS could you please post or PM me your current caseload and the average number of ATLAS notifications you receive per day.

    Thank you in advance.

Hi Steve, I notice early adopters have not replied to your post. At Crawley (not early adopter site), our caseload is 10,800 and on average we are receiving 289 records per day for 46 claimants. According to DWP our average for July would be 31!! Assessors are having great difficulty in keeping up with all these records we are receiving.

    Hello

We have a case load of about 10,000 (with an above average number of pensioners) and we are receiving notices for between 30 – 40 claims a day. We are not early adopters.

15,000 caseload with around 50 records per day (but we bulk complete approx 20 passported ones of those)

45000 caseload and averaging records for 140 claimants, struggling here and with the busy leave period here unlikely to improve in near future.

We have a caseload of 19,000.
We are receiving about 300 changes per day, for roughly 50 claimants.
Not an early adopter, but concerned about the impact ATLAS may have.

It’s a bit of a struggle keeping with these and all the other work, especially at this time of year.

Thanks for the replies. We are also struggling to keep up on days when for no real reason we receive twice as many as the day before!
