Hello, due to our Pension Credit expert being on long term sick I have been asked a query that I am unable to answer.
A pension claim was made in 03 for CTB only – we discovered that they were liaible for ground rent(caravan on fixed site) and sent them a letter inviting them to also claim HB. No reply received.
Recent intervention also picked up on ground rent liability and request for backdating received.Claimant in receipt of GC.
Can we backdate from 52 wks from intervention visit?
