    I read somewhere that a Council had recently changed the layout of their notification letters, however I can’t remember which Council. Can anyone help. I wondering what kind of impact it had on the claimants as our customers struggle to understand our notification letters and it would be helpful to find out which Council to be able to get a copy for information purposes.


    I’m pretty sure it was one of the Commissioner’s decisions on the August 2008 caselaw update, is this it?
