Bit of a debate going on here.

Do any authorities award Class C (empty and unfurnished) exemptions following a Class L (reposessed)?

    Thank you in advance.

if the property is unfurnished during the period of Class L then the two classes of exemption effectively run concurrently so, no you cannot award Class C following Class L. However, if for some reason the property does remain furnished during the period of Class L and then becomes empty, Class C can apply.
