Could anybody please please please tell me if they remember the caselaw regarding Wakefiled Metropolitan Ditrict council, complaint against 1998. It was an ombudsman case where the complainant was not happy with the way the council dealt with thier liability query?
does anybody remember a little more about it as i cant trace if on the net?
