Don’t think this is the one I’m looking for. I’m after the case mentioned on p259 of the CPAG HB/CTB legislation book referring to apportionment of rents for joint tenants. Maybe the citation is wrong as I can’t find it anywhere. They have it as CH 3776/2002.

I think you want CH 3376 2002.

I havent seen it anywhere, but are you sure its not CH/3776/2001 that you are after. That decision is now reported as R(H)1/02

If it is CH/3776/2002 that you want, I would recommend emailing the Commissioners Office. You can often get a copy for free the same day that way

Thanks. It was 3376/2002 that I was after. You’d think that since it involved the council I work for we’d have a copy lying about somewhere.
