I’ve just been re reading A2/08. In the Q&A section it says that changes reported or confirmed by a customer as part of a fraud investigation should be included in calculating your right time indicator. It just occurs to me, what about changes that aren’t reported or confirmed by the customer. For example a living together decison. The claimant has not reported this, or confirmed that a partner is now resident, but we decide that they are. Does this count towards the stats?
