The guide says you start counting from the day you received the change in writing, counting the days it has taken to process.
I am fine with this but what I want to know is, if we can count a suspension as a process. For example if a claimant ceases to receive Income support, we take action by suspending the claim and writing to the claimant for the information. Only after the one month will we actually cancel the claim, or if info received during the month, re-assess the new information if received
Can we count the PI from the date the income support cancellation is received, to the date we suspend the claim, or do we have to count from date income support cancellation is received to date claim is cancelled or re-assessed with new information.
