Just a quck question on days to process change in circumstance. If an Etd is received stating JSA ended. Claim is suspended and a month given to supply the information. No information is supplied in the month so claim is cancelled(of suspended claim)

Is this a notified change of circumstances and if so, what is the date first notified.

The ETD is classed as date of notification of change – allowing the month to provide the info is why many view the coc PI target of 9 days to be unfair.
MIS guide on coc’s for PI purposes states:
[quote:0920dfafab]this can include any notice of a change given by email, including
Electronic Transfer of Data (ETD), but does not include information
    received via HBMS.[/quote:0920dfafab]
