    Does anyone have a contact for Child Benefit please. We are having so much trouble trying to get information from them. We are faxing 3 or 4 times and still not receiving any response!!

    Short answer Vicky is no, which I admit is not much help.

    However, do you really need to contact them now that CBen is disregarded anyway?

    Hi Vicky,

    We fax Child Ben on 0191 2251254. Generally our response are pretty quick and answer the queries raised. However you must mention that your query is in connection with assessment of HB/CTB.

    Thanks for the response. Yes we still require the information as it relates to child benefit ceasing. We constantly fax and do state it is for HB but still receive a very poor response
