    Hello all,

Can anyone provide any assistance regarding Pension Credit information provided on CIS. The claim I’m looking at shows a PCAIF of £117.93, which is SRP of £89.88 & Occ.Pension of £28.05, however when you go to the AIF Breakdown it shows an Occ. Pension of £30.72. I’ve spoken to the Pension Service who are unaware of this figure.

I’m sure there was a similar problem on the RAT, I’ve spoken to LAST who weren’t particularly helpful & gave the usual response to send and LAST5.

Not sure about CIS however on the RAT, occ pens show as the monthly amount divided by 4, and that’s probably where the differences occur.

DWP issued 3 RAT bulletins on the matter when they realised the discrepancies.

Thanks for the reply, I’ve had a look at the RAT Bulletins listed on the DWP site but can’t see any that refer to this problem but probably these aren’t up to date. Do you know when these Bulletins were issued?

Also had a further query yesterday, CIS indicates PCGC from 16/5/06 but notification from Pension Service advises 18/5/06, no reason for the discrepancy.

It is bulletins 01/06 and 01/06 (amended) issued around about 23rd/24th January.

If you e-mail me (link below)I will send out 01/06 (amended) I may have deleted 01/06.
