How are people finding CIS prompts?

We have been working on them in our HB section with some degrees of sucess with Tax Credit changes but we also carry out intervention reports regularly on Tax Credit claims so it may just be that we are finding out sooner rather than later on the chagnes.

We are not hitting duplicates which is a good thing.

Despite my intial reservations, and following the DWP advice to restrict the searches, we are finding them a lot more useful this time round.
