    Does anybody have a copy of the above they can spare?

    Alternatively some advice. We have a case where we were notified that a non-dep was occupying a property but were told from the beginning that this was a temp arrangement whilst looking for somewhere to live. They were there about 12 weeks before moving.

    From somewhere buried deep in my mind I am sure the above case covered this situation but am happy to be corrected?

    Thanks for that.

    I did try the osscsc website and couldn’t find it and your link is also coming up blank.

    Looks like a problem with our internet access. Will try again later.
