    I am currently leading on a project to create a corporate financial assessment team, which would encompass Housing Benefit, Adult Social Care, Disabled Facilities Grants and also free school meals and clothing allowance.

    I am interested in whether anyone else has a joint team and would like to know how it operates and the set up within your own authorities.

    Please can you also let me know staffing numbers and whether staff are generic. What systems you use also would be helpful.
