Mother of children is in prison for killing her husband.

The claimant (uncle of children)is receiving £2,000 a year for 5 children awarded from the CICA.

As the compensated children are under 18, is the income disregarded or treated as capital?

Are there any time limits if disregarded?

    Thank you

I think this would fall under the disregards of capital in Sch6 para 45/46.
