    I’m looking for some confirmation that my thinking is correct
    Date of change of circs 01/05/06
    Date notifed 10/05/06
    Date processed 24/05/06

    Would you agree that the following periods should be classified as
    01/05/06 – 09/05/06 Claimant error
    10/05/06 – 24/05/06 LA error
    25/05/06 – 31/03/07 Technical Error

    For subsidy purposes yes, but a 14 day delay would probably not count as LA error for OP recovery purposes.
