I am looking at a survey that we produced earlier last year to obtain some customer satisfaction results relating to the Benefits Service.
As part of this i am reviewing the return rate of the survey, the possible reasons for not wishing to return the survey and how the survey can be improved.
Do any of your authorities use satisfaction surveys with your benefit claimants, would you be willing to share a copy of your surveys so that i can compare & contrast with other authorities across the country.
