Ive been unable to find a similar link, so ive started another.
Im sure that other LA’s out there have carried out their own customer satisfaction surveys, not the usual BV one.
We are looking to carry out one, probably at the end of an intervention visit, to measure not only their satisfaction with that visit, but also overall measuring any contact with the office, in person/by phone and speed of service.
Does anyone have any examples that they would be prepared to share with me?
