Good afternoon.

Please could someone advise me if the debt relief orders have the same effect on fraudulent overpayments as bankruptcy does.

I have a lady who was convicted of fraud however now has a DRO, can I continue to collect the debt?

I have tried to call the DRO helpline but to no avail!
