Debtsys – system to recover HB overpayments and Ctax debts

    I had already put this query on the Northgate message board because I thought it was an add-on to Northgate – but have since discovered that it isnt although it does interact with Northgate.

    Anyway I have been asked to do some research on it eg costings etc, and advise what it does.

    I was wondering if anyone who uses this could tell me what they think, what the quality of the reporting is and whether it has improved their ability to recover debts.
