Please help!
I have an existing claim where payments are being sent to the Landlord. The landlord has died so I have suspended payments. Am I right in thinking that we could pay the benefit to the executors of the will but we would have to wait until probate has been granted….in other words who do I pay benefit to???

To the executors…they have the responsibility for dealing with the deceased person’s income, liabilities, assets etc until probate is granted.
