    Hello, does anyone have a copy of this that they can email to me please? It is listed on this site, but not accessable because of a broken link, and I have tried the OSSCSC website but although it is listed as a decision, it doesnt actually show the decision in full – or not that I can gain access to!! Thanks Therese

    From OSSC search results you are taken first to a summary page listing the date, name of Commissioner and so on, which I assume you found, and there a linkfrom that page to a Word document of the full transcript.

    It looks like an interesting one – reporting changes of circs by phone and causation of overpayments. Seem to recall that subject being discussed heatedly on here in the past.
