One of our HAs has an office which they we wanted to make a designated office for HB CTB – can anyone think of any problems with verification/conflict of interest on receiving docs?
i.e. if tenant submits a dodgy proof of rent would HA be expected to pick up on it

Hi Sue

I think RSL VF is your answer to this, in that would formalise the process and would be clear of roles and responsibiliites all round, backed by contracts and allow your HA’s to become designated offices. A win/win all round……
