    I don’t know if anyone has seen a recent article in the July issue of Solicitors Journal entitled “On Top Form” written by Jack Henriques.

    It discusses fraud prosecutions and the importance of making sure that the Local Authorities designated offices are noted on the benefit claim form so that claimants are in no doubt as to where they need to report changes in their circumstances. The article goes on to mention claims made through CIS and national claims forms (HCTB1 etc.) where no designated office is mentioned only a general reminder to notify changes in circumstances.
