    Currently looking at introducing a desk aid for processing staff to identify areas commonly forgotten, e.g up-lift suspension, and hopefully minimise errors, maximise good practice within team and improve customer service.

    Does any other authority have such a thing? If so, would they be willing to share it or any ideas/tips/help very welcome!!
