    Does anyone have any examples of good or bad practice in dealing with DHP appeals/review requests, especially in the light of recent court cases over homelessness application appeals

    Where these HRAct cases ? Do you have the any links. I assume this is about fairness of an appeal mechanism ?

    Not to hand, but Shelter housing aid update has featured a number of such cases over the last year.
